Nurse Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) will be making her way back to Port Charles soon. Castillo tweeted she will be returning to General Hospital in two weeks from maternity leave. Said the actress:
Last time viewers saw Sabrina, the grieving mother was heading out of town with her cousin Juan (Michael Saucedo). Will finding out who killed baby Gabriel send her back over the edge?
Victoria Milani weighed in at 7 lbs., 2 oz. and measured 20 inches long. Her middle name, Milani, was named after Teresa’s Hawaiian heritage and honored her father with a traditional Hawaiian name. Milani means “gentle caress.” Her first name, Victoria, means “goddess of victory”. This victorious goddess is well loved by both her mother and father.
Castillo raved about the support she received from her husband. “Shane was by my side through the whole thing — cheering me on, taking care of me. He has been the most amazing husband through the whole pregnancy, labor and delivery, and is already a great dad.”
The happy couple can’t wait to spend the summer with their darling little girl!
How pretty is the name Milani? Would you have used Milani as the middle name or the first name?
Congratulations are in order for General Hospital actress Teresa Castillo (Sabrina) and her husband Shane Aaron. Castillo tweeted she and Aaron are now the proud parents to a baby girl named Victoria Milani. Castillo tweeted:
My husband and I are happy to announce the arrival of our baby girl, Victoria Milani. She was born on May 29th. We are in LOVE.

The baby came in at 7 lbs., 2 oz. and measured 20 inches long. Both mom and little Victoria are doing fine. Mazel tov!
The General Hospital actress and her husband Shane Aaron welcomed their first child on Thursday, May 29, at 10:32 p.m. in Los Angeles, she confirms to PEOPLE.
Daughter Victoria Milani – whose middle name pays homage to her dad’s Hawaiian roots — weighed in at 7 lbs., 2 oz. and measured 20 inches long.
We are completely overjoyed to finally have our little girl in our arms,” Castillo, 30, tells PEOPLE.
The new mom was ecstatic to find out she was expecting a daughter, but nothing could prepare her for the moment she first laid eyes on her baby.
“It was completely surreal. I couldn’t believe that this was the little person living in my belly for nine months,” she says. “She was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen.”
Sharing in that special moment was Aaron, who is already being praised as a fabulous father. “Shane was by my side through the whole thing — cheering me on, taking care of me,” Castillo shares.
“He has been the most amazing husband through the whole pregnancy, labor and delivery, and is already a great dad.”
Next up for the first-time parents? “Spending the summer loving our little girl,” Castillo says.

Now, due to the fact that Teresa Castillo (Sabrina) is set to exit General Hospital to go on maternity leave, the description seemed it could be a temporary replacement, if not a permanent one.
On-Air On-Soaps spoke to an ABC rep this afternoon who indicated that GH is not recasting the role and replacing Teresa Castillo. As to whether the casting call is indeed a temporary replacement, or a new character, there was no comment on that from the representative.
So, do you think the role is completely a different character, or temp recast? Weigh-in below!
The General Hospital star and her husband Shane Aaron are expecting their first child — a girl! — on May 24, Castillo confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.
“It feels wonderful. This is the most joyous time of my life,” the mom-to-be tells PEOPLE. “It feels great to finally be able to share it with the world.”
Castillo, 30, admits she didn’t need words to share the special news with her husband — she just let her squeals do all the talking.
He knew I was taking a test and realized the outcome when he heard my screams from the bathroom,” she jokes.
Despite finding out the sex of their baby on the way so they could “get to know it already,” Castillo and Aaron — who wed in 2008 — have yet to decide on a name.
“[We’re] just going to let the right name come to us,” the expectant actress, whose pregnancy will be written into the show, says.
